There could be unexpected demand for your product or service, which is good, if you have the capital for expansion; or an emergency could arise that depletes your cash flow. There are sources of alternative business financing that will allow you to get the short-term working that you need.This issue of Business Money Success Newsletter gives an overview or three ways that you, the business owner or manager can acquire short-term working capital. You can borrow from $5,000 - $10,000,000 depending upon which of the three loan programs you use. 1) Get Working Capital Based On Your Monthly Business Revenue (USA Only)This is a common method to acquire short-term working capital from $5,000 - $150,000 for a period of 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 months. The business must have minimum revenue of $10,000/month with a minimum of three bank deposits/month.Repayment of loan is made by daily deductions from your business bank account, usually with a factor rate of between 1.16 – 1.7% of the daily revenue. Your credit rating is a factor in the loan amount that you may acquire with this program. Time to close this loan is usually from 7 – 10 business days after the loan application and supporting documents has been submitted. Most cash and carry business in the U.S. are ideal for this lending program such as: Dental, Medical (general, surgical, urgent care facilities, veterinarian clinic), Auto Repair – Auto Supplies, Restaurants/Cafe - Fast Food, Hotel/Motel, Retail Store/ E-commerce – Online Stores (Gift Shops, Boutiques, Clothing stores), Grocery Stores, Salons/Spa, Dry Cleaners and others. Get started by filling out the short form online: https://www.business-money-source.com/business-financing-form.html 2) Get Working Capital Based on Monthly Business Revenue using Real Estate As Collateral (USA Only)This lending program is similar to the previous one. It also requires that your business must have a minimum monthly business revenue. In this case, that minimum monthly revenue is $25,000/month. In additional to the minimum monthly revenue, real estate is required as collateral to secure the loan.The real estate may be commercial, residential or raw land. The maximum loan-to-value will depend upon the type of real estate. The loan amount that can be borrowed is from $50,000 - $2,000,000 for a term of 6 to 24 months. The term can be extended to 36 months in some cases. Repayment of loan is made by daily deductions from your business bank account. The amount deducted will depend upon the loan program for which your business qualifies. This loan program is divided into 4 classifications, from lowest loan amounts & highest factor rate to highest loan amounts and lowest factor rate as: Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. Your business financial strength and value and type of real estate offered as collateral will determine your loan classification and the loan amount that you can obtain. Your credit score is not a major factor with this program since your real estate secures the loan. Time to close this loan is usually around 14 – 28 days after all documentation has been submitted. Get started by filling out the Initial Business Financing Loan Form online: https://www.business-money-source.com/business-financing-form.html 3) Get Working Capital Based on Monthly Business Revenue Using Any Hard Asset As CollateralThis loan program is the simplest and fastest of the three to get working capital if you or your business owns a hard asset with sufficient value to secure the loan.You can borrow from $1,000 - $10 million for a period of 4 – 12 months. The average term of this kind of loan is 6 months. You may secure this loan with any hard asset such as an airplane, boat, car, watch, jewelry or almost anything else of significant value. There are no financial statements or credit checks for this type of loan. An independent expert, provided by the lender, will appraise the hard asset that you pledge as collateral. Depending upon the size of the loan amount and the type of collateral, the loan may be closed in as little as 3 – 5 business days. This is an ideal short-term loan program for a businessperson who has been denied a conventional loan or needs quick cash to take advantage of a business opportunity.
